You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Our error: If your item is incorrect or defective, we’ll cover return shipping.

Other returns: Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Condition: Items must be returned with all original packaging, cords, accessories, and documentation included.

Once our Oaktiv Care Team receives and inspects your return, our accounting team will process your refund within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with refund details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
